STEP 2: Pay Your League Fee

As of 9/8/25, 11:30 – Man-matching player registrations will go to the Wait List. Man-matching players, please, DO NOT PAY at this time. A VOTS representative will contact you if you've been added to the draft roster and instruct you to pay.

We've started the Wait List for man-matching players (MMPs) because the rate of sign-ups for MMPs has far out-stripped that of woman-matching players (WMPs). Since this is a mixed league, we need the proper ratio MMPs and WMPs. When more WMPs sign up, more MMPs will be added to league. The league director will make every effort to include as many MMPs possible.

PayPal supports most major credit cards and simply offers a means of transaction.

Registration/Payment Confirmation

Google Forms will send you an email containing the registration information that you provided.

Below: Last name and first name will be added to the confirmation sheet automatically when your registration is received. If your name isn't on the list, we don't have a registration from you.

Status is updated in batches, usually once a day in the morning.

• Blank: If status is blank, your status hasn't been updated yet.
• Payment Needed: We don't have a payment receipt from you. Please, click the button above to pay, or contact the webmaster if you believe this is in error.
• Completed: Your league fee has been received and you're all set to play some ultimate. (Unless you're age 16-17 and we need a waiver from you. Please, print and bring a signed waiver to your first game.)
• Wait List: You're on the Wait List. DO NOT PAY if you're on the Wait List. If you're added to the draft roster or a team, a VOTS representative will contact you.

Note: Payment made without filling out the registration form will not count as a registration. We need both!

If you are age 16-17, please print a Waiver and bring the signed waiver to your first league game.
You will not be allowed to play without a waiver.
