New Year Ultimate Fest 40 will be held at Phoenix Reach 11 Sports Complex.

• NO GLASS at the fields.
• NO ALCOHOL allowed at the fields.
• NO DOGS. Unless it is one of the service type.

Party Information

The Saturday after-party this year will be held at State 48 Rock House (2530 Happy Valley Rd. suite 1269, Phoenix, AZ 85085)

We'll have the patio reserved starting at 8 pm. There will be some appetizers available and drink tickets. People are also welcome to order off the menu, on their own dime.

Also: Mountainside Fitness (2501 W Happy Valley Rd Suite 30, Phoenix, AZ 85085) will allow players to purchase a $10 one-day pass in order to use their showers.

Bids are not accepted first-come, first-served. However, early bids are appreciated and will be given consideration.

Refund policy for canceled bids (subject to change):

1. Before 12/22/23: Full refund
2. Between 12/22/23 and 1/12/24: 50% refund
3. After 1/12/23: no refund
