About the team
Phoenix Uprising is a first year women's team looking to create a lasting foundation for women's club ultimate in Phoenix. We really want to develop our players' skills, play in competitive games, and have a kick ass time with our awesome teammates. Our goal is to compete for a spot at Nationals in the next 3-5 years.

Sprawl leadership is making it a priority this year help build Brawl as a true developmental team for ultimate in Arizona. If you are interested in playing Brawl this summer, please email Brett Carr so that you can be added to the email list.

For at least the first month of the season Sprawl and Brawl practices will be integrated and the Sprawl leadership will assist with the development of both teams. Both Sprawl and Brawl will have weekly practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Sprawl Season Information
Listed below are the weekend commitments for Sprawl throughout the season:
Project Heisenberg will strive to be as competitive as possible while we focus on improving individual skills and creating more complete ultimate players. If you like that feeling of a team having your back, or of working hard for the people around you, then you found the right place.
Project Heisenberg will be practicing twice a week beginning in May and throughout the months of June, July, and August. Our goal is to hold Tuesday practices in Tempe and Thursday practices in Phoenix or Scottsdale. The team plans to attend 3-4 tournaments during the regular season. Selections for the team will be based on ability, commitment, and willingness to work hard.
