We have decided to move all of our Saturday game times ahead by 30 minutes to account for possible weather events.

First round games will occur at 9:30, etc. Sorry for any inconvenience, but we feel this gives us more flexibility in case of rain issues.

New Year Ultimate Fest 42 will be held at Phoenix Reach 11 Sports Complex.

an east and a west ultimate field.

Payment Methods:

Bids are not accepted first-come, first-served. However, early bids are appreciated and will be given consideration.

Refund policy for canceled bids (subject to change):

  1. Before 12/20/25: Full refund
  2. Between 12/20/25 and 1/10/26: 50% refund
  3. After 1/10/25: no refund
