| Tent/Field/Frisbee Central Set-Up Help |
Help get the merchandise and sound tents set up at Frisbee Central on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Need to be at the fields early. We need several volunteers for this. |

| Merchandise Tent Coordinator |
Oversee merchandise tent operations. |

| Additional sales help |
Need 4 people for the morning rush each day (approximately 8:30-10 am) and at least 2 other people at all other times. |

| Party Director |
Find a location, arrange for beverages, food, and any other necessary supplies. |

| Recycling Coordinator |
Organize a recycling effort of the aluminum and plastic out at the tournament site. Contact City of Tempe for dumpsters for each site. |

| Program Publisher |
Create program layout. Arrange for printing and getting program to fields. |

| Scoreboard Layout |
Get schedules from division coordinators and create master scoreboards. |
|
| U-Haul |
Arrange for a U-Haul moving truck to hold all tourney stuff. |
|
| Time Capper |
Blow air horn at "begin" time and at "cap" time. Needs to be a non-player. |
|
| Ice |
Arrange for ice and coolers at the fields. |
|
| Hotel Coordinator |
Reserve/arrange for group rates at nearby hotels. |
|
| Floor Space Coordinator |
Collect names of people who can provide floor space. Match players/teams seeking floor space with providers. |

| Video Coordinator |
Coordinate taping of Women's and Open Finals and duplication |
|
| Massage Coordinator |
Arrange for Massage therapists on site Saturday and Sunday to work for tips. |
