Ultimate Frisbee is a high energy, non-contact team sport. It combines elements of many different sports including soccer, basketball, and football. Ultimate is played on a rectangular shaped field with end zones shaped like football end zones. Each team consists of seven players. The disc is passed from teammate to teammate (there is no running/walking with the disc) until somebody catches the disc in the end zone for a score.
This series of clinics will provide women the opportunity to learn and improve their fundamentals. We are creating this safe space for women to build their confidence in their skills and themselves. All women with varying skills and experiences are welcome and encouraged to participate, but these sessions will focus on introducing and reinforcing good habits around basic ultimate fundamentals.
All women, ages 16 and up. Again, women of all experience levels are welcome to attend, but these sessions will focus on fundamentals and good habits.

The plan is for a Women's League starting in late November, an AB League starting January, and Spring league starting late February. Details on the way.
